Ubisoft today released the first details for The Division’s upcoming update “Conflict”, which arrives May 24 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Conflict, the second of two free updates for The Division comes with a big addition in the form of Clear Sky, a brand new Incursion in Columbus Circle, which pits Division Agents against Rikers. Clear Sky challenges players to take back a formerly LMB-controlled anti-air missile site, restore safe passage to the skies over Manhattan, and reclaim supply drops stolen by Rikers.
Another new feature coming with the Conflict update are high-value targets (HVT). An HVT officer can be found inside players base of operations, which will provide agents with a list of these targets, along with a description, their level, and the recommended gear score you need to engage them. Players will only have a limited amount of time and only one chance to take down each target.
The upcoming update will also affect The Dark Zone, where extractions become even more intense than they were before. Agents will now have the option to hijack other players loot, meaning a player can run to an extraction rope and cut it, causing the Agents hard earned loot to crash to the ground.
Lastly, Conflict will introduce new gear sets that players can use to complement their playstyles even further.
The Division is currently available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
