The PC Specifications For Resident Evil 7 Are Out And They’re Not That Scary

Capcom has updated the Resident Evil 7: biohazard Steam store page to include the minimal and recommended PC specifications for the game.

Interestingly, it appears the game won’t be too much of a heavy burden for PC players with both sets of specifications a lot lighter than previously expected considering the new game engine that powers the seventh installment in the series. Additionally, the publisher has also added specific notes regarding PC configurations they recommend to ensure players get the best possible experience. Hopefully something we’ll see more of in the future. Check out the specs for Resident Evil 7 below:

MINIMUM:
OS: WINDOWS 7,8,8.1,10 64-BIT
Processor: Intel Core i5-4460, 2.70GHz or AMD FX-6300 or better
Memory: 8 GB RAM

Additional Notes: 1080P CPU/GPU at 30FPS Players will have to either lower texture or set streaming textures to OFF in order to optimise performance. *Internet connection required for game activation. The game is still undergoing development, so all PC requirements are subject to change.
