Outlast PS4

Outlast 2 confirmed for fall 2016

Red Barrels fantastically terrifying survival horror title Outlast was a huge success after it’s initial launch onto STEAM in 2013 and then again when it was released onto the consoles the following year with the Xbox One and Playstation 4 and today we now know that Outlast 2 is on the way in the fall of 2016. Developers, Red Barrel’s released a short teaser trailer for the game via Youtube which shows a cross becoming inverted with the turn of a camera, leading to speculation that the game could have satanic elements, it also appears to lean towards an outside based game as opposed to the insane Mount Massive Asylum, poor Miles Upshur encountered in 2013.

Here is what we know so far about Outlast 2:

Outlast 2, the sequel to the acclaimed survival horror game Outlast, is a twisted new journey into the depths of the human mind and its dark secrets. No conflict is ever black and white. But once the dust has settled, the victors get to decide who was right and who was wrong. Who is good and who is evil. Human nature pushes us to extremes of violence and depravity, which we then justify by divine inspiration and a promise of paradise to come. Horror rises from desperation and blind faith. OUTLAST 2 will test your faith, pushing players to a place where going mad is the only sane thing to do.

Outlast 2 is scheduled for release on the Mac, PC, PS4, Xbox One.
