Splatoon Successfully Sells One Million Copies in Europe

Nintendo’s risky move with their fresh IP, Splatoon, has undoubtedly been a huge success. Nintendo announced that Splatoon has finally reached 1 million sales in Europe alone, with a rough estimate of 3.5 million worldwide sales.

Despite 3.5 million sales being relatively normal for your average AAA developer in modern day, it’s certainly a sign that Nintendo is doing something right, and still has that magic touch in video game development. Even if they don’t show it very often.
