Rise Of The Tomb Raider Nominated for 9 Awards as SQUARE ENIX Dominate D.I.C.E Awards

Square Enix have announced today that their award-winning 2015 lineup continues to break records, with 16 nominations for the 2016 D.I.C.E. Awards. Xbox timed Exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider received the most D.I.C.E. Awards nominations of any title with nine. The Crystal Dynamics developed game received nominations for categories including Game of The Year, Adventure Game of Year, Outstanding Achievement in Game Direction and more.

Among the other Square Enix nominated titles were Life is Strange, Just Cause 3 and Lara Croft GO.

Along with the D.I.C.E. Awards nominations, Square Enix was selected for numerous awards in 2015. The company’s mobile adventure Lara Croft GO received awards and nominations for Best Mobile Game of The Year from Apple and IGN. In addition, DONTNOD’s Life is Strange received accolades from The Game Awards, Los Angeles Times and Engadget, among others.
