UK PS4 Sales Up 380% On Back Of Cheap Bundle Deals; Xbox One S Continues To Outsell PS4 Slim

With recent bundle deals for Sony’s PlayStation 4 dropping as low as £149.99, it really is no surprise to see the No.1 selling console in the UK back on top in the UK hardware race.

MCV report that sales for the current generation console are up an impressive 380% after various UK retailers and online stores began selling PS4 bundles last week including games such as FIFA 17 and LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

For the week ending October 1st, PS4 sales were up 55% over Microsoft’s Xbox One with the later’s sales dropping 16% despite impressive recent sales.

As bundle deals for the PS4 continue to plummet to an all-time low with Tesco, Shopto and a variety of other well known UK retailers seemingly looking to shift their remaining stock before the Christmas holidays or the launch of Sony’s PS4 Pro on November 10th, has there ever been a better time to pick up a PS4?

Additionally, Microsoft’s Xbox One S continues to sell higher than its rival PS4 Slim by 24%.
