PS2 Classic Max Payne now available on the PlayStation Store

PlayStation 2 classic Max Payne is now available through the PlayStation Store for £11.99. Earlier this week Sony Computer Entertainment announced via the PlayStation Blog that PlayStation 2 Classic would be coming to the PlayStation Store sometime this week. Max Payne has a download size of 2.2GB.

Developed by Remedy Entertainment, Max Payne was released in 2001 for the PlayStation 2. The game centers on protagonist Max Payne an NYPD Detective who attempts to avenge the murder of his family. Max Payne features a gritty neo-noir style, using graphic novel panels in place of animated cutscenes to narrate the game.

Max Payne is available on PlayStation 4 for £11.99 through the PlayStation Store.
