Fallout 4 PC Mods & Creation Kit Open Beta Available now, Console Mods due May

The Fallout 4 Modding and Creation Kit Open Beta is now available for PC, Bethesda has today announced.

Dating back to Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls Construction set, Bethesda have always valued the importance of mods and the players who create them. With the introduction of Fallout 4’s Modding and Creation Kit the power is now firmly in players hands, with the possibilities are endless.

By simply selecting Mods from the main menu, players have the ability to browse and search the latest Mods available, select favorites, leave feedback, and install them.

Players looking to create their own Mods can do so with the Creation Kit, the same tool used in the creation of Fallout 4, a free download is available via the Bethesda.net launcher and with the Creation Kit Wiki, Bethesda’s online documentation and help file lends great tips and tricks to assist players when creating a mod.

Below show’s how to access the 1.5 Update for the Steam Beta:

How to access the 1.5 Update in Steam Beta:
Log into Steam
Right Click on Fallout 4 in your Library
Select Settings
Select Betas
A drop down menu will appear. Select beta
Select OK
Wait a few minutes and Fallout 4 should update
When done, Fallout 4 should appear as Fallout 4 [Beta] in your Library

Fallout 4 Mods will be coming to Xbox One in May and PlayStation 4 in June.
