Fallout 4 for current gen only

Bad news for gamers who have yet to upgrade their current console as Matt Grandstaff, community manager over at Bethesda has confirmed that Fallout 4 will never come to the Xbox 360 and PS3. The statement was made on Neogaf with him claiming that the stuff they are doing would never work with older consoles. This is good news for the game, with current gen consoles having more advanced hardware we can hope for a better-crafted game.

“It is not coming to 360 and PS3, the stuff we’re doing will never work there.”

Fans of the post-apocalyptic RPG shouldn’t be too surprised though, with a lot of developers leaving behind older consoles. With all the great games out on current gen, now is definitely the time to upgrade. More news about Fallout 4 will be revealed at E3 but it has been confirmed that it will be set in Boston.
